Racism is one of the worst crimes that a person can commit. Racism is just a smorgasbord of sins which include but are not limited to; blasphemy, perjury, heresy, hate, wrath, lying, stealing, slander, gossip, and murder. These of course are just a handful of the many different sins that are involved with racism. I can’t stand racism it is one of the easiest sins to fall into, after all you are never the problem it’s always someone else. Racism is a terrible sin because for most people it is the easiest sin to fall victim to and it always leads to others. Racism is at its roots a sin that no religious, honest, or good person would ever want to fall into, blasphemy. This is the core root to what racism is. Racism is the belief that God didn’t make someone the way He should have, or that you are better than someone that was made in the image of the immortal God. Either way it isn’t a good or even smart idea to do either/or/both. It is just as bad as disbelief you are basically saying for all intense and purposes that you are greater than God the same sin that satan did when he was kicked out so what do you think will befall you? Racism is also a nasty little heresy, you are not just committing the sin but unlike most sins that indorse hypocrisy, racism leads the practicer to encourage those of the same evil attitude and to hate those who call it what it is. This is an evil sin because you are doing the work of the devil, not the work of God, and you are the child of him whose will you carry out. Lastly this is a particularly annoying sin, I can’t think of any other sin except for pure and absolute disobedience that causes such a hardening of people’s hearts. People won’t come to God if those that they associate as God’s children do everything possible to hurt them and their loved ones, and treat them as if they aren’t even human. This sin is an unquestionable evil and has been since the beginning. Some of the worst events in all of history have occurred because of human’s absolute willingness to be destroyed by this sin, examples of this include the hardening of the hearts of many of the Israelites, the Trail of Tears, slavery, and the resulting apartheid and segregation, and one of the most horrific, and devastating shows of human sin in the history books, the holocaust. For these and the innumerable more racism is one of the worst devices that the devil has against the human race and sadly against the Children of God though we aren’t overcome by it we must face it and by God’s power and protection each of us must best it.
